“Get it reviewed by a cartographer” service – Eurêk'roquis · version of 6 November 2026
This English translation is provided for information only. In the event of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.

1. The service provider

The service is provided by Eurêkarto, a French SARL (limited liability company) with share capital of €100, registered with the Brest Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under SIREN number 945 265 528, with its registered office at 100 lieu-dit Saint-Jacques, 29250 Sibiril, France. Contact: contact@eurekarto.com.

Eurêk'roquis (the online sketch map tool) remains free. These terms apply only to the paid review and correction services.

2. The services

OfferContentPrice
Annotated reviewThe sketch map sent is reviewed by a cartographer. The customer receives written, annotated feedback (legibility, hierarchy of information, legend, choice of symbols, title and sources) and makes the corrections themselves.34,99 €
CorrectionsThe cartographer corrects the sketch map directly. The customer receives the corrected project (.croquis), its exports (PNG, PDF, SVG) and a note explaining the changes.59,99 €

Each service covers a single sketch map, as it was sent. The cartographer improves the form and clarity of the sketch map; they do not write homework, exam answers or any assessed content on the customer's behalf, and guarantee no mark or result.

Any further correction after delivery, or a change of topic, requires a new order.

3. Ordering

The customer chooses an offer in Eurêk'roquis (“Get a review”), gives their name, email address and a message describing their request (required for corrections), accepts these terms, then sends the request by email to contact@eurekarto.com with their project file in .croquis format attached. An order reference (for example EKR-20261106-AB12) is displayed to them.

The order is final once payment has been received. A customer who is a minor must obtain the consent of their legal guardian before ordering.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI).

Payment is made online, in a single instalment, through Stripe. The service provider never has access to the customer's bank details. An invoice is sent by email.

5. Delivery time

The feedback is sent by email within 48 working hours (Monday to Friday, excluding French public holidays) of receipt of payment and of the project file. If the file is unreadable or missing, the time limit runs from when it is correctly received.

If the time limit cannot be met (for example during holidays announced on the site), the customer is told before payment or, failing that, may ask for cancellation and a full refund.

6. Right of withdrawal

A consumer customer has 14 days from the order to withdraw, without giving any reason, by writing to contact@eurekarto.com.

So that the feedback arrives within 48 hours, the customer expressly asks, when ordering, for the service to start before this period ends. In accordance with article L221-28, 1° of the French Consumer Code, they acknowledge that they lose their right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. If they withdraw before delivery, they are refunded within 14 days, less, where applicable, an amount proportional to the work already done (article L221-25).

7. Complaints

If the feedback does not match the offer ordered, the customer may report it within 7 days of delivery. The service provider then undertakes to complete the work free of charge or, failing that, to refund the service.

8. Files and ownership

The customer remains the owner of their sketch map. They warrant that they hold the rights to the material they send (imported base map, symbols, text). The service provider uses the project only to perform the service and does not share it. The customer may freely use the corrected sketch map, including for an exam or a publication.

9. Personal data

The data collected (name, email address, message, project file, payment reference) is used only to perform the service, invoice it and reply to the customer. It is sent by email and payment is processed by Stripe. Files are deleted 3 months after delivery; invoices are kept for 10 years, as required by law.

The customer may access their data and have it corrected or deleted by writing to contact@eurekarto.com. They may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).

10. Liability

The service provider undertakes to perform the service with care, in line with cartographic practice. Its liability is limited to the price paid for the service concerned. It is not responsible for the use the customer makes of the sketch map, nor for the mark or assessment they obtain.

11. Mediation and disputes

In the event of a dispute, the customer first writes to the service provider to seek an amicable solution. Failing that, they may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator Eurêkarto is registered with: CM2C (Centre de la médiation de la consommation de conciliateurs de justice), 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France, www.cm2c.net.

These terms are governed by French law.
